Editing and refining your video transcript in Zenious ensures your narration is accurate, clear, and tailored to your needs. Zenious automatically transcribes your narration and polishes it for a professional result, but you can easily make further adjustments if desired. This process allows you to update, rewrite, and review your transcript, ensuring the final narration matches your expectations.

To edit and refine your video transcript in Zenious

1. Wait for Zenious to finish processing your video.
   Your video project opens automatically in the Zenious editor.

2.  Review the narration, which is divided into scenes in the editor.
   Each scene is displayed clearly for easy navigation and editing.
   
   

3. Hover over a scene and click the edit icon.
   The transcript for that scene becomes editable.
   
   

4. Make your desired changes to the transcript text.
   You can add, change, or remove information as needed.

   
   

5. (Optional) Click AI Rewrite to refine you content using AI. In the AI Rewrite window, you can:
   

1.  Selecy the rewrite option as shorten, formalize, simplify, expand, etc as per your requirement.
   

2. Click Regenerate.
   Zenious provides a revised version.

3. Click Insert to insert the text insert directly into your scene. 
   
   

6. Click Save to apply your changes.
   The updated transcript is saved for that scene.
   

7. Continue editing the transcript as needed.
   You can make as many changes as you need to the transcript.

8. To review your edits, hover over each scene.
   Both the original and the updated text are displayed for comparison.

   
   

9. To undo a change for a specific scene, hover over the scene and click the revert icon.
   The transcript for that scene returns to its previous version.

   
   

10. To undo all changes at once, click Revert all.
    All scenes revert to their original transcripts.

    
    

11. Click Update to apply your edits to the project.
    Zenious generates a new voiceover that matches your revised transcript. 
    Important: Make sure to click Update to ensure your changes are reflected in the final video.
