Enable and Use Autozoom in Zenious
Autozoom in Zenious helps you automatically highlight important actions during walkthrough recordings by zooming in on areas where interactions occur, such as clicks. This feature is useful for capturing your viewers’ attention and making your walkthroughs more engaging and clear. By default, Autozoom is turned off for all organizations, but you can enable it in your preferences. Enabling Autozoom requires using the latest Zenious plugin (any version released on or after March 2026).
To enable and use Autozoom in Zenious
Click your profile icon in Zenious.
The profile menu opens.
Select Settings from the menu.
The Settings page appears.
Go to the Preferences section.
The Preferences options are displayed.
Locate the Enable Autozoom option.
The toggle switch for Autozoom is visible and set to off by default.
Note: This setting is disabled by default for all organizations.
Toggle the Enable Autozoom switch to the on position.
Autozoom is now activated for your account.
Record a walkthrough using the Zenious plugin.
Zenious automatically zooms in on every click or interaction during the recording.
Important: Zenious automatically zooms in on clicks or interactions only if you process a video recorded using the latest Zenious plugin (any version released on or after March 2026). If you use the Upload option to process the video, the autozoom will not work.(Optional) In the Effects tab, review the list of zooms added by Zenious.
All automatically added zooms appear in a list for your review.
(Optional) Adjust any zoom by clicking on it and making changes as needed.
Your changes are saved to the walkthrough.
(Optional) Remove all automatically added zooms.
a. Use multi-select to choose the zooms you want to remove.
b. Click Delete.
The selected zooms are deleted from your walkthrough.
You have now successfully enabled and used Autozoom in Zenious to highlight important actions in your walkthroughs
