When you process a video in Zenious, it is saved as a project. You can open a project to edit it, export the final video, translate it into other languages, or generate an article. As you create more projects, organizing them into folders helps you manage and locate your work efficiently.
Zenious allows you to create folders and subfolders, move projects between them, and remove projects from folders when needed.

When you process a video in Zenious, it is saved as a project on the home page. Zenious allows you to create folders directly from the home page so you can organize projects as you work, without navigating away from your workspace.
To create a folder from the home page
Right-click on a project.
A context menu appears with several options.
Select Move to from the menu.
A submenu appears with folder options.
Click Create new folder.
A prompt appears to enter the folder name.
Enter the desired folder name and click Create.
The new folder is created and available for project organizatioin.
Navigate to Collections.
The Collections screen displays all folders, including a default folder named Unassigned.
Click New Folder.
A dialog appears to enter the folder name.
Enter the folder name (for example, Help Portal) and click Create.
The new folder is added to Collections.
When you create a project in Zenious, it is placed in the Unassigned folder by default. This folder automatically contains any project that has not yet been moved to a specific folder.
Note: You can choose to move projects from the Unassigned folder to other folders at any time to better organize your work.
Go to the home page.
The home screen displays your projects.
Right-click the project you want to move. From the Menu, click Move to.
Choose the destination folder (for example, Help Portal) and click Move.
The project is moved to the selected folder.
Open Collections and navigate to the folder in which you want to create a subfolder and click New Folder.
Enter the subfolder name (for example, Internal) and click Create.
The subfolder appears under the selected parent folder.
Right-click the project in the home page or folder and select Move to.
Expand the parent folder, select the subfolder, and click Move.
The project is now stored in the subfolder.
Locate the project in its current folder or subfolder.
Right-click the project, select Move to, and choose Remove from Collection.
Click Move.
The project is moved back to the Unassigned folder.
