The May Release introduces one of the most requested capabilities in Zenious: support for videos without audio, along with several enhancements that give you greater flexibility over narration, branding, and pacing.
You can now record or upload videos without audio and still create professional training and product education content in Zenious.
When a muted video is uploaded, Zenious can automatically analyze the recording, understand the workflow being demonstrated, and generate a polished narration using AI.
Prefer more control? You can provide your own narration by:
Pasting a transcript directly into Zenious
Providing additional context about the video
Uploading transcript files such as SRT, VTT, or TXT
Zenious uses your input to create a more accurate narration that aligns with your intended message.
Intro and outro scenes can now include narration.
Previously, intro and outro sections only displayed animations. With this release, you can add transcript text directly to these scenes and generate voiceovers for a more professional viewing experience.
A new settings icon on intro and outro scenes makes it easier to customize and manage these sections.
We've added new intro and outro templates, giving you more options to create branded and engaging videos.
Choose from a broader set of layouts and styles while maintaining a consistent look across your content.
You now have greater control over how background music is used in your videos.
Choose whether background music should:
Play throughout the entire video
Play only during the intro and outro sections
This gives you more flexibility in balancing narration clarity with branding and production quality.
You can now add pauses directly within your narration.
Simply:
Double-click a word in the transcript
Select Add Pause
Specify the pause duration
Click Update.
During the pause, the narration stops while the video continues to play, allowing you to:
Emphasize key moments
Give viewers time to absorb information
Better synchronize narration with on-screen actions
The May 2026 release makes Zenious more flexible than ever by enabling AI-powered narration for silent videos, adding voiceovers to intros and outros, expanding template and music controls, and giving creators more control over video pacing through transcript-based pauses.
These enhancements help teams create professional videos faster- whether they start with a narrated recording or a completely silent screen capture.
