What’s New in March 2026!

We’ve introduced several new features to help you create, update, and refine your videos more efficiently. This update focuses on reducing manual effort and making it easier to maintain videos as your product evolves.


🔁 Update Videos Without Re-recording (Swap & Insert)

You can now update specific parts of your video without rebuilding the entire project.

What’s new:

  • Swap segments: Replace an existing part of your video with updated content (Learn More)
  • Insert segments: Add new video clips exactly where needed (Learn More)

Why this matters:

When your product UI or workflow changes, you no longer need to re-record the entire video. Simply update the affected section and keep the rest intact.

🕘 Version History

Version History allows you to track and restore changes made to your video.

When versions are created:

  • First-time video processing
  • Trimming
  • AV Sync
  • Swap or Insert actions
  • Manual saves

What you can do:

  • View previous versions
  • Preview changes
  • Restore any version at any time

🔍 Auto Zoom

Auto Zoom automatically highlights important actions by zooming into areas where interactions occur.

How it works:

  • Detects clicks and interactions in your recording
  • Applies zoom effects at the right moments

Important notes:

  • Auto Zoom is disabled by default (Learn how to enable and use Auto Zoom)
  • Requires the latest version of the Zenious plug-in
  • Works only for videos recorded using the Zenious plug-in
  • Not supported for uploaded videos
